Clicking on some providers navigates to their portal directly, whilst clicking on others (where no portal exists) triggers an email request.

* For the Prime portal, you will have been sent a new portal registration email on November 25th 2022 from "noreply@globaladmin.co.za" with subject "Confirmation of web access". If you have not yet logged in to the Prime portal, please review this email.

Insurance

Insurance policy schedules are sent annually at your policy anniversary, as well as after every change.

Investments

Investment statements are sent quarterly (although some older style investments are sent at the same time as policy schedules).

Health Cover

Health cover portfolio reviews are initiated separately by us in the last quarter of the year (an executive overview of the succeeding year's benefits will accompany this).
