Provider Portals & Contact Points
Did you know?
All your portfolio information is already in your inbox. You are welcome to request that we have it sent to you again, but you can also acquire it yourself using the access points below this section. Portfolio information is automatically sent to you at the following times.
- Insurance: Policy schedules are sent by the provider annually at your policy anniversary, as well as after every change.
- Investments: Statements are sent by the provider either quarterly or annually, depending on the type of investment.
- Health Cover: Benefit information and updates are sent by the provider in the last quarter of each year.
Instructions for providers with email requests only (i.e. where this is no online portal). You can either:
i) Click on an image to open a pre-drafted email entitled "policy information request" ready to send, or
ii) Hover over an image to display the email address and then send them the following email (please cc us): "Please send me a copy of all my insurance policy documentation. My ID/passport number: __________ ."
